Worldwide Cuisine (WWC), part of the Elbar Group of companies, will start selling Fazer’s Arctic Thin Breads throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland from January 2016. The exciting new breads come from Sweden, and are healthy and a soft eat – perfect for sandwiches.

Fazer’s Arctic Thin Breads are made in bakeries in the north of Sweden in clean and secure environments, which are fully FSSC 22000 certified – and where Fazer controls the entire production chain from mill to finished product.  They represent Scandinavian food at its very best.

After leaving the ovens the breads are immediately flash frozen, and from next year will be transported directly to Worldwide Cuisine’s centrally located UK distribution centre – where daily deliveries will be made to customers.  The facility is fully certified to Grade ‘A’ BRC standards. Once defrosted, the breads keep their ‘just-out-of-the-oven’ taste, smell and freshness.
