TSC Foods Joins The Billington Group
UK food manufacturer The Billington Group has acquired TSC Foods, the Scunthorpe-based manufacturer of chilled and frozen products for the food service, retail & B2B markets. Supplying the food service industry for more than two decades, TSC Foods will become part of the The Billington Group and will continue to be led by David Bondi as managing director, as well as the current board at the Scunthorpe site.
David Bondi, managing director of TSC Foods, says: “This is a fantastic move for TSC and we are delighted to join a family owned company that is focused on the food sector.
