Top Executive Leaves Nestle
Richard Laube, executive vice president in charge of Nestle Nutrition, has decided to pursue personal opportunities outside Nestle and has left the company. During his five years at Nestle, Mr Laube first held the position of head of business development before taking up his responsibilities as head of Nestle Nutrition. Under his tenure, Nestle Nutrition grew substantially, not least as a result of the acquisitions of Jenny Craig, Novartis Medical Nutrition and the Gerber Baby Food Company, which were successfully integrated into the company. During this time, Nestle Nutrition’s different businesses also developed into prominent positions in their respective markets.
Nandu Nandkishore, Nestle Nutrition’s global business head of infant nutrition, has assumed temporary responsibility for Nestle Nutrition. The Nestle board will take a decision on a permanent appointment to this post in due time.
