Separation of Sara Lee Completed
The Hillshire Brands Company, formerly Sara Lee Corporation, has completed the previously announced separation of its international coffee and tea business – DE Master Blenders 1753 – and has started trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
The Hillshire Brands Company is the US leader in meat-centric food solutions for the retail and food service markets. The company generates nearly $4 billion in annual sales and has approximately 8,500 employees.
