This fine bright red powder with a pleasant smokey aroma owes its exquisite flavour to the way in which the peppers—grown in Spain—are dried. Each pepper is set over oak logs and turned by hand until it is dried to perfection, resulting in a balanced aroma and flavour that adds colour and complexity to many Spanish dishes.
