PepsiCo has been recognised as a ‘Top Employer’ in Europe for the third year running by the CRF Institute, an external HR benchmarking organisation focused on management practices and working conditions. The company was ranked third among the 20 organisations across Europe to receive this honour in 2013.

The accolade is based on an assessment of HR strategy and performance across training and development, compensation, benefits, career opportunities and organisational culture.
