Oakland International, a multi temperature supply chain specialist chosen by cheese collaborative, Irish Cheese Direct, to store and distribute a range of cheese products to the Irish retail market, is continuing to see sustained growth a year on from its original launch with Irish food wholesaler Musgrave.

Coming together under the banner of Irish Cheese Direct, the cheese partnership made up of many well-known Irish cheese producers includes J&L Grubb (Cashel Blue), Wicklow Farm House Cheese, Inagh Farm House Cheese, Milleens Cheese, Mossfield Organic Farm and Carrigbyrne Farm House Cheese.

Providing Irish Cheese Direct with a single point of contact enables swift order response and accurate retailer supply through the use of backhaul; with no restrictions on order size and suppliers invoiced individually, the scheme successfully provides a one stop shop for retailers to receive a large range of supplier products.
