New insights from Danisco on xylanases
Key papers from Danisco Animal Nutrition at the XIII European Poultry Conference, 23-27 August 2010, Tours, France, will be focusing on factors enhancing the response to xylanase in modern poultry diets.
Data to be presented include effects of xylanase source and grain hardness of wheat on response to xylanase in broiler diets. There will also be a paper on the benefits to the producer of combining xylanase with a new essential oil compound blend (EnvivaTM EO), developed by Danisco Animal Nutrition.
