Millbo presenting a new range of enzyme solutions

A new range of enzyme solutions for cakes and sweet morning goods has been developed to expand their “E-free” product range. The ingredients will be introduced at FIE 2011 and presented at their new concept stand, 4H77, totally paper free, where technical solutions will be provided directly to customers via their e-mail addresses.
Improve the performance of the final product, maintain a clean label, reduce additives and eggs. Increase volume, softness and shelf life, thereby reducing staling.
