Kit Kat chocolate bars fitted with GPS for Nestlé competition
Nestlé has fitted its Kit Kat chocolate bars with GPS enabled devices to support its latest competition
The firm said that inside selected packs there will be a GPS enabled device. When the lucky winner pulls the tab inside the pack its delivery team will locate them within 24 hours and hand over a cheque for £10,000, according to Nestlé. Six winners will be selected.
The campaign involves Nestle chocolate bars Kit Kat 4 Finger, Kit Kat Chunky, Aero Peppermint and Yorkie Milk.
Secondary competition
Three thousand six-sheet posters have been fitted with NFC and QR touchpoints that will direct smartphones to a mobile landing page.
The landing page offers the chance to enter a secondary competition with an on-pack code via Facebook, and informs people how many of the original six GPS-fitted bars are left. There are six prizes to be won.
