Keymac Packaging Systems Ltd introduces at this years Pro2Pack it’s latest innovation in Sleeving equipment exhibiting the Keymac K101 Fully Automatic Pre glued Sleever.
This unique concept in sleeving is fully adjustable and can handle a wide range of rectangular, oval and round trays and a wide range of designs of sleeves from full length to partial (watchstrap) designs.
This is the first purpose built Pre glued Sleeving machine available and caters for the specific requirements of the fast growing Ready Meal Industry.
Keymac Packaging Systems Ltd listened to the market place who specified that the machine should be robust, flexible, user friendly and have a small footprint as space is at a premium.
Speeds of up to 60 (+) per minute are possible and with a servo driven loader will ensure accurate positioning of the sleeve on the tray.
Importantly the competitive price provides a payback of less than 12 months.
