KDH have been awarded a fast-track project for the top fast-food manufacturer. The 10-week contract will see KDH transform the premises with minimal disruption to production.

Existing cooking systems will be removed from the site and replaced with a bank of new Fessman ovens and a four rack Double-D oven. A brand new fire cell will be constructed for the oven area, providing long-lasting, optimum safety.
New stainless steel drains will be replacing the factory’s old drainage system in both high and low care areas, the existing resin flooring will be removed and replaced with KDH’s own brand of flooring, Food-Crete™.
Fast curing, almost odourless and hygienic, Food-Crete™ is a polyurethane resin flooring system created specifically for the food industry. Covering areas small and large, Food-Crete™ is suitable for all capacities.

The refurbishment will be completed in a live production facility, yet minimal disruption to production will be caused.
