Kawasaki Robotics will be demonstrating its compact RD80N palletising robot at this year’s Total Exhibition show.

Kawasaki said that kit will illustrate a strong case to automate any end of line process where there is limited space available.

In a statement it added: “At the core of the system is the Kawasaki RD80N robot mounted in an elevated position immediately over the input conveyor.

“Removing the need for a pallet stacker, the RD80N robot will illustrate its ability to handle and accurately position standard wooden pallets prior to palletising; similarly the robot is able to handle layer separators from a stack in the cell.”
