Italy’s Leading Dessert Now in Swiss Chiller Cabinets
Following the acquisition of the Italian dessert specialist A-27 in June 2011, Swiss dairy group Emmis has now launched its famous Bonta Divina range in Switzerland. A-27 produces a broad range of dessert specialities, ranging from traditional recipes, such as tiramisu and panna cotta, to innovative compositions like zuppa inglese and mousse al limone.
The Bonta Divina brand has been on market for over 30 years. It is the number one dessert product in Italy. Bonta Divina can also be found inFrance – the market with the highest turnover – Germany, the UK and the Benelux countries.
Emmi already offers a number of milk-based desserts inSwitzerland, such as the traditional Griess Topfli and a variety of rice puddings. Bonta Divina’s specialities will complement Emmi’s dessert range in Switzerland.
