Global Dairy Leaders Link Up in Lisbon
Dairy industry leaders from around the world will be linking up in Lisbon for the 13th Global Dairy Congress from 25 to 27 June at the MYRIAD by SANA Hotels. Confirmed speakers include top Chinese company Yili on its new billion dollar brand Ambrosial and top Indian producer Amul on developing India’s only global megabrand, as well as other heavyweights such as Arla, Feihe, Valio, Vinamilk and Portugal’s market leader Lactogal.
Other presentations include Rabobank on global trends and trade, Zenith Global on emerging market segments, Ireland’s National Dairy Council on the world’s best marketing campaigns, New Nutrition Business on 8 key trends for future planning, the UK’s Omsco on global organic growth and Spain’s Lantern on fermented promise.
Further highlights include new entrepreneurs with quark snack bars, sleep friendly ice cream and vegan cheese. The evening of 26 June also hosts the World Dairy Innovation Awards organised by FoodBev Media Ltd.
The Congress is designed for industry executives, suppliers, customers and advisers, with a focus on market trends and thinking on a worldwide scale from leading international and regional brands, allowing extensive time for informal networking and discussion.
