Glanbia Appoints Henry Corbally as Vice-Chairman

The Board of Glanbia plc, the international nutritional solutions and cheese group, today elected Mr. Henry Corbally as Vice-Chairman of the Board. Mr. Corbally succeeds Mr. Victor Quinlan, who has retired as Vice-Chairman and Director of the Company. Mr Corbally has also been appointed Vice-Chairman of Glanbia Co-operative Society Limited.
Mr. Corbally who farms at Kilmainhamwood, Kells, County Meath was appointed to the Board in 1999. He is Vice-Chairman of the National Dairy Council.
Mr. Liam Herlihy continues as Chairman and Mr. Martin Keane continues in his role as Vice-Chairman of the Board.
The Board of Glanbia plc also announces the appointment of four new non-executive Directors, Mr. William Carroll, Mr. David Farrell, Mr. Patrick Murphy and Mr. Eamon Power and the retirement of Mr. Edward Fitzpatrick, Mr. James Gilsenan and Mr. Anthony O’Connor as Directors of the Company.
