The products are made from fresh whole fruit using an innovative manufacturing process to make a truly zingy, zesty and fresh tasting finished product. The products are not only excellent for giving a real boost of Citrus fruit, but also add visual flecks of peel into the finished products – a real zesty taste, with a natural appearance.
The new limited edition preparations were created to keep up with growing trends for Blood Orange and Clementine, which are currently very popular within the restaurant scene. Due to the use of fresh fruits, the Blood Orange and Clementine editions are available subject to fruit seasonality. The new Pink Grapefruit however, is available for use all year round. They are also available in native starch, as well as a range of modified starch versions.
