Food Ingredients (Fi) Europe 2011 will celebrate its 25th anniversary in Paris
Paris, 14 July 2011 – the leading event of the global food industry will take place in Paris from 29th November to 1st December this year. The Food Ingredients Europe & Natural Ingredients 2011 exhibition (Fi Europe & Ni 2011) give the global food industry access to food formulation products and services from all over the world.
The exhibition organizer predicts a record year with over 1,500 exhibitors from 94 countries, covering more than 70,000 m² of the exhibition space at Paris-Nord Villepinte. Leading manufacturers will present their latest innovations and technologies. Among the key exhibitors: Corman, Döhler, Roquette, Cargill, Brenntag, Tate &Lyle, ADM, National Starch, FrieslandCampina, Barry Callebaut, DSM, Naturex, Cognis, BASF, CNI, Fortitech, Rousselot, Beneo, Döhler, ABF Ingredients, ACT, Azelis, Prayon, Caremoli, Bio Springer, Glanbia and Vitablend. Over 23,000 visitors are expected to attend the three day event.
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Fi Europe, new and extended show features will be launched before and during the show, including expert innovation tours, a tasting bar, dedicated pavilions for new business, FiPSS (Food ingredients Processing, Safety & Services), organic food and different country pavilions. The New Product Zone will not only display present innovations this year, but will also review how the industry has developed, and will take a visionary look into the future of food. The renowned Food ingredients Excellence Awards will recognise the leading ingredient manufacturers and their latest innovations alongside the 25th anniversary networking evening.
Fi Europe & Ni 2011 also offers educational opportunities to professionals from different sectors and practices. The Fi Europe Conference will cover the main issues currently faced by the industry, and will provide crucial insights into leading scientific innovations, winning marketing strategies and the hottest ingredients trends driving consumer spend in the F&B industry. The Exhibitor seminars allow exhibitors to present their new applications, cutting-edge technology and practical insight. These free seminars are an opportunity to learn about specific products or trends.
