Five engineers join the AutoCoding Systems’ team
AutoCoding Systems have recently undergone an extensive recruitment drive to manage their growing order commitments.
In the last few months, five additional engineers of varying disciplines have been employed.
Stewart Lightfoot and Tim Jones have both joined the solutions team, whilst Gareth Phillips, Rick Ballard and Ross Hughes have joined the project engineering team.
Stewart has spent over a decade working in the coding and labelling industry for two of the industry leaders. Stewart’s knowledge of the coding and labelling industry is second to none and, coupled with his extensive experience of working on integration solutions, he is best-placed to identify potential pitfalls when evaluating a project.
Tim joins AutoCoding from within the industry where he had a broad range of role including technical, project management and sales. Tim has almost 10 years’ experience in automation of packaging line devices and, having spent many years developing automation solutions for the FMCG market, understands the challenges faced by modern manufacturing.
Both Gareth and Rick have worked in numerous food manufacturing factories and have experienced, at first hand, the necessity to reduce downtime, eliminate potential coding and packaging errors and increase factory efficiency.
Ross is continuing his engineering training with AutoCoding Systems assisting in the recently extended workshop to build and test the industrial stainless steel line terminals, as well as manufacturing standard and bespoke bracketry.
AutoCoding Systems has enjoyed repeated double-digit growth over the last couple of years and with the additional resources can be confident that they can continue to offer their current and potential customers the products and services they require.
