Esko to focus on colour management at Packaging Innovations London
Esko has revealed plans to focus on the importance of colour in the packaging chain at Packaging Innovations London 2012.
The business will be demonstrating its Color Engine 12 product and its integration with PantoneLIVE, along with the capabilities of the Studio 12 package at the show on 4 and 5 October.
Paul Bates, Esko UK and Eire business manager, said: “According to Pantone Color Institute research, colour increases brand recognition by 80%.
“That is because it evokes immediate and strong physiological and psychological bonds… Consciously and subconsciously, accurate colour is key to the perception of quality.”
The Color Engine 12 product is designed to provide packaging and label professionals with an integrated system for accurate colour reproduction.
It is the first professional colour management solution to integrate PantoneLIVE, according to Esko.
At the show, Esko will also highlight time and cost savings delivered by its Studio 12 package, which now goes includes secondary and tertiary packagingand any other branded elements in the design process as well as primary packaging.
Elsewhere, Esko will also partner with Roland DG to highlight the ORIS Color Tuner//Web.
