Coca-Cola Zero and P4CK teamed up to design new packaging for cinema-goers featuring a popcorn carton slotting onto the top of a drink cup.
With audiences having to continually juggle tickets, sweets, popcorn and drink at cinemas, “Corn On The Cup” is a simple piece of packaging enabling popcorn and drink to be held in one hand.
P4CK designed the Corn On The Cup to enhance the experience of movie goers by allowing them to simply scoop the popcorn and slot the carton on top of a Coke cup – giving cinema-goers a hand free.
The patented product was launched on the Coca-Cola stand at the 2015 CineEurope Convention in Barcelona.
Trials are currently under way in Italy, Austria and Romania.
