Coca-Cola European Partners has been listed on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) for the second year running. In total, 3,400 companies were evaluated for inclusion, with just 149 making the European list. Coca-Cola European Partners is listed on both the DJSI Europe and DJSI World Indices, and achieved the highest industry score on the Health and Nutrition, Packaging, Water Related Risks, Human Capital Development and Labour Practices sections of the assessment.

The DJSI is a global index which tracks the financial performance of leading sustainability-driven companies. It is based on an analysis of financially material economic, environmental and social factors and is reviewed annually by the S&P Dow Jones Index Committee and RobecoSAM, a specialist sustainability investment company. Companies are only listed in the annual ranking if they are best in class within their industry for sustainability.

One year on from forming Coca-Cola European Partners, the listing on the DJSI is testament to the strong progress the drinks group has made in putting sustainability at the heart of its business.
