CARAGUM International, French company, specialized in the formulation and the manufacturing of Food Stabilizers Systems, has unveiled FIBRECOAT SPRAY and FIBRECOAT TEMOURA, two new naturals coating agent for breadcrumbs products type Fish, Chicken,Veal, etc., which thanks to their properties of filmogenic barrier, allow to reduce the minimum of 25 % of fats. FIBRECOAT SPRAY is used in solution by pulverizing directly on bread-crumb before the stage of frying. Both FIBRECOAT SPRAY and FIBRECOAT TEMPURA, were developed in partnership with the ITERG, which is the European Institute of Fat, Bordeaux, France.
