Tornado Cask Washers
It is with much excitement and after months of testing and input from brewers and brewery owners Brewology have launched a range of craft cask washers. The Tornado Cask Washers are designed to clean to the highest standards in the industry using tried and tested methods developed over the last 30 years combined with the latest of technologies to bring you an easy to use, cost efficient and reliable machine.
Ranging from 32 to 82 casks per hour the Tornado Cask Washers improves performance, efficiency and sustainability while reducing operating costs, maintenance costs and consumptions.
The key main features for the Tonado Cask Washer range include:
- Final rinse water recycled for pre-rinse, only 4 to 6 litres of water used per cask
- Unique high pressure pulse cleaning system with rotating cutting action producing 5 to 6 Bar
- Optimal loading height designed to reduce back strain
- Simple one button start
- Temperature controlled with electric heating
- Input your production hours and the washer will be ready to run
- Remote diagnostics and software upgrades via the internet.
Brewology are currently testing a range of Cask Fillers and Keg Washing and Filling machines to be launched throughout the summer.
