Brand & Design Village at Packaging Innovations London Sells Out!
The Brand & DesignVillage, co-located with Packaging Innovations London, has sold out. Trade show organiser easyFairs has experienced a record number of exhibitor bookings for its London show, taking place at the Business Design Centre on 1 & 2 October 2013. As a result, easyFairs are now taking reservations for 2014.
Packaging Innovations London has witnessed a 33 per cent increase in exhibitors compared to this time last year. The show is set to be bigger than ever with over 165 exhibitors, and 80 per cent showing new products or upgrades of existing products at the event.
The last stand in the Brand & DesignVillage was sold to Create-this, which is all set to showcase its latest creative packaging design and point-of-sale innovations. Create-this pride themselves in short production lead-times when producing bespoke quality packaging from 1- 100’000’s.
Alison Adamson, Company Director at Create-this, explains why her company will be at the show: “Looking at the floor plan, it is set to be a fantastic show – so we just had to be there. We have watched the show consecutively grow, and decided this was the year to get involved. Its dedicated zone to brand and design provides us with the perfect opportunity to showcase our work and reach potential customers.”
Packaging Innovations London is also the only UK show with a dedicated Luxury zone; this too has received emphatic support, with only one stand left, reflecting the show’s growing success.
Alison Church, Packaging Innovations’ Event Director, says: “We have experienced consecutive growth for the London show – so it is fantastic news for one of our key areas to be selling out, and having limited stands left in the rest of the hall, with nearly two months to go before the show opens. With new exhibitors in all areas of the show from across the globe, and a host of big names returning, the 2013 show will be electric.”
There will also be plenty of show floor ‘theatre’ in the form of The BIG Packaging Debate where a panel of packaging professionals debate whether ‘Online sales will kill packaging design’. A packed learnShops programme spanning across every aspect of packaging, design, branding and luxury will be delivered by world-class industry experts such as Bacardi, Unilever, Miracle-Gro, Marks & Spencer, Innocent and Andrex, and other case studies including Ora, Blackberry, Pepsico and new tea market brand T-Tox. A range of leading brand and design agencies will also be covering the latest thinking and inspiration in product design and in-store impact.
One-to-one advice provided by the Packaging Society and the return of the popular competition, Lions’ Lair, where innovators pitch their latest products to a panel of experts; plus the first ever Beauty Symposium, run in association with The Red Tree Consultancy. There is also a Contract Pack area at the show, which provides the perfect place to meet professional outsourcing partners.
