Board Appointments at Glanbia

The board of Glanbia, the Irish and international cheese and nutritional ingredients group, has appointed Martin Keane as vice-chairman to succeed John Gerald Fitzgerald, who has retired. Martin Keane has also been appointed vice-chairman of Glanbia Co-operative Society. He has been a member of the Glanbia board since 2006.
The board of Glanbia has also announced the appointment of three new non-executive directors – Michael Keane, John Murphy and Brendan Hayes and the retirement of Christopher Hill and Nicholas Dunphy as directors. Messrs Keane, Murphy and Hayes are all farmers and directors of Glanbia Co-operative Society.
