Advanced Dynamics Ltd’s on-going success in the food and cosmetics markets supplying a range
of low cost and versatile labelling equipment has been rewarded through a contract with major
manufacturer Pack Leader to become the exclusive UK distributor of its labelling, filling, capping
and Induction sealing equipment.

 
Bradford-based Advanced Dynamics has already supplied specialist food companies Orchard
Valley Foods and Divine Deli with Pack Leader’s Elf-50 table top labelling units, while a leading
contract cosmetics and toiletries manufacturer, Nicholas James (UK) Ltd, has purchased another
from the range, the PRO-625 front and back labelling system.

 
Due to the current economic climate and the tighter legislation for accurate labelling of goods;
pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, homewares and food and drink manufacturers have been crying out
for flexible and cost effective fully automated labellers like these that can handle a variety of
container sizes, cartons and bottle shapes, whether glass or plastic.

 
Orchard Valley, Divine Deli and Nicholas James have all reported significant production benefits
since installing the machines at their sites, adding weight to Advanced Dynamics’ managing
director, Malcolm Little’s belief that the Pack Leader equipment is revolutionising bottle labelling in
the UK.

 
There has been significant interest in the range since it was launched at the end of 2011 and with
further orders in the pipeline, signing an exclusivity deal with Pack Leader is “great news” for
Advanced Dynamics, according to Malcolm Little.

UK distributer for Pack Leader. We believe this market-leading equipment can transform labelling

Pack Leader’s range of labellers is built to the highest standards using quality materials, such as
stainless steel and anodized aluminium, is user friendly and can reliably label the full range of
package configurations, at speeds of up to 40 metres per minute.

 
The versatile table top ELF-50 can be moved around production areas and is easily adjustable for
a large range of round bottles, while the PRO-625 front and back system automatically labels any
shaped bottle.

 
For high speed labelling, the PRO-516 is ideal as it features twin label reel system, memory
storage of settings and easy changeover features that guarantee high output and much improved
up-time. The range also includes the inline PRO-515 wrap around labelling machine, and the
PL521 horizontal wrap system for medical and cosmetic vial labelling.

 
Advanced Dynamics will be showcasing this exciting range of equipment at the PPMA Show at the
NEC in Birmingham on September 25-27, where visitors will be able to attend demonstrations and
see for themselves the Pack Leaders’ impressive qualities.

 
The prevailing economic climate means businesses have to watch every penny when purchasing
