Kelly joins ACE UK from Palm Recycling, where she was business development director, and has 30 years’ experience in the recycling industry.

She previously worked at Cheshire Recycling, in a business development role, designing and implementing recycling growth strategy.

She has served as a member for the Confederation of Paper Industries (CPI) Recovered Paper Committee, and was a founder member of the Resource Association, as well as an elected board director.

She brings with her a wealth of experience, and knows the recycling industry inside out. Her local authority knowledge and contacts will be a real asset as we continue to drive forward carton recycling across the UK.”
