COUPLET SUGARS is Belgian family company which develops, manufactures and supplies all over the world innovative dry sugar specialties made from beet sugar such as pearl sugar, white coated pearl sugar, coloured and flavoured coated pearl sugar, fine fondant powders, an ultrafine icing sugar, and brown sugars (cassonade / façon vergeoise).
Taking opportunity of the FIE Paris 2011, COUPLET has the pleasure to inform about the launch of two new types of pearl sugar, the chocolate coated pearl sugar and the caramel coated pearl sugar. These pearls are now available to complete the large range of coloured and flavoured coated pearl sugar Carrare® already available. These pearls are available in several sizes and are ideal for the decoration of pastries, chocolate or ice-creams. These coated sugar pearls are humidity and bake resistant.
We further invite to discover our high quality ULTRAFINE ICING SUGAR Snowline® SF0, made of very fine microcristals. This product has been especially developed to meet the needs of industrials looking to get a very smooth and fine texture in their product. Snowline® SF0 is the ideal ingredient for making your fondants, for all types of fillings of pralines or as a graining agent in fudges.
Finally, a new type of brown sugar, the Fine Blond Delicasso®, will enlarge COUPLET’s range of brown sugars.
