Paradiesgarten GmbH presents new freeze dried food ingredients for the SAVOURY FOOD market at FIE Paris 2011
Established in 2011 Paradiesgarten specialises in offering freeze dried food ingredients to the food industry. Being a subsidiary of the family owned JahnckeGroup the company was founded to focus specially at the SAVOURY part of the Food Industry.

The production is done in the JahnckeGroup facilities in Salzwedel at the Paradiesfrucht GmbH site, as well as in India and China.
The products shown at the FIE 2011 include: FD Vegetables, essential ingredients for Soups, Sauces and Meals with an Instant character such as Cauliflower florets, Broccolibeads, Mushroomslices, Sweetcorn.
FD Culinary Herbs and Spices for Cheese- and Dairy applications, FD Herbs and Spice mixes like Herbes de Provence, or Saladherb Mix.
FD Meat products for instant applications, long shelflife and easy ambient storage.
FD Seafood, trendy products of modern, calory conscious cooking.
The Paradiesgarten assortment features the whole range of FD Vegetables, in addition to above mentioned veggies, starting with Aubergines to Zucchini, white and green Asparagus, red and green Bell Pepper, green onion,Shallots, Spinach etc.
FD Meat products include cooked and smoked ham, poultry and beef, meatballs, while the
FD Seafood range comprises FD Coldwater and warmwater shrimp, squid, clams, salmon, pangasius etc.
