Firmenich Naturals Business Unit has extended its range of aqueous extracts based on the recovery of volatiles, by adding Strawberry Essence 983547. Thanks to our partnership with fruit growers, the profile obtained is a balance between fresh, green-fruity strawberry top notes along with syrupy, fruity and creamy bottom notes.
Strawberry essence is FTNF (From the Named Fruit) declarable. It can be used in the fresh aromas according to EC Directive 1334/2008.
For juice applications, it has a status of “add-back” (as Directive 2009-106 Juice EC).
The ranges of applications are juice drinks, flavored waters, carbonated soft-drinks and dairy products. It can also be used easily in natural strawberry flavors (95/5) for these same applications.

Honey Naturome 959969 is FTNS (From The Named Source) declarable.
Very aromatic combined with floral facets, fresh and green, perfectly balanced with typical honey and animalic bottom notes, it can be used in Honey flavors, according to EC Directive 1334/2008.
It‘s also used to give a soft effect, reinforcing and enhancing the perception of sweetness, while improving persistence and base notes.
It ‘s useful in fruity and brown note formulations, as well as for all applications including soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, fresh dairy products, dairy desserts, biscuits and confectionery.
