Oxidation Management System Solutions at IFT 2011 Expo
Vitiva, Slovenia, will highlight its Oxidation Management System solutions at the IFT 2011 Food Expo in New Orleans, PLThomas booth #4329. The showcase will include SyneRO®, AquaROX® and INOLENS® brands of natural antioxidants and ORAC boosters demonstrated in a variety of sweet and savoury creations.
SyneROX® 4, developed for complete anti-rancidity protection of full-fat milk powders, creamers and other dairy applications, will be featured in a full-fat dairy creamer product. Visitors will be able to enjoy the natural taste and full creamy mouthfeel of this longer-shelf-life creamer in a cup of hot coffee at the PLThomas Taste Bar.

For bread lovers—especially those with gluten sensitivity—gluten-free, hearty and healthy whole-grain olive oil baguettes (made with INOLENS for better freshness and longer shelf life) will be available for tasting, alongside Persimmon Red Jelly enhanced with AquaROX. And for savory cravers, the Taste Bar will offer grilled shrimp with Honey Creole Mustard Glaze, enriched with specialty INOLENS for non-rancidity protection and extension of shelf life and freshness.
