Greencore has completed the disposal of its chilled desserts facility in Minsterley to Muller Dairy UK for £4.3 million. Greencore has now transferred some production and related manufacturing equipment from Minsterley to its Evercreech facility, concluding the restructuring of its chilled desserts business, which Greencore acquired from Uniq in September 2011. Greencore’s co-packing arrangement for Cadbury chilled desserts has now terminated.
