Coca-Cola Hellenic to Change Stock Market Listings
In response to recent comments in the media that the company was considering switching its main listing from the Athens bourse to the London Stock Market, Coca-Cola Hellenic has announced that it is seeking to better leverage its stock exchange listings. This continues to be work in progress, says the soft drinks producer, and no specific approach has been selected.
Coca Cola Hellenic shares are currently listed on the Athens and New York exchanges as well as on the London Stock Exchange through a so-called company-sponsored nominee service, which allows investors to hold stock without a share certificate.
The ongoing review of its listings and the liquidity of its securities is one of the ways in which Coca-Cola Hellenic is seeking to create value for shareholders.
